Our state of the art ERP system allows us to manage multiple jobs simultaneously with real-time tracking. This system enables us to provide current production updates and ensure on-time delivery. The inspection department uses modern Mitutoyo, Brown and Sharpe and Starrett equipment to verify each part meets customer specifications. Our company forklifts and delivery trucks bring your finished goods from our manufacturing floor to your door.

L&W has purchased new MORI SEIKI NH4000DCG Pallet Pool System with delivery scheduled for January 2010

This new machine will add to our productivity and allow us to use of multiple pallets and with 240 tool storage to address variable-lot and multi-item production.

Our system is equipped with in-machine measuring systems (spindle and table probes), 240 tool rack type storage, 1,000 p.s.i. Cooljet through-spindle coolant system , Full 4^th Axis Rotary Table, 6 pallets horizontal CPP and Tool Life Management.

Year 2009 is the 20^th Anniversary of L&W Machine Co.
