Orbital welding is a specialized area of welding whereby the arc is rotated mechanically through 360° around a static work piece, an object such as a pipe, in a continuous process.  Demand for particle-free welded connections in high-tech industries is driving advances in orbital welding, assembly of ultra-high purity gas distribution systems and testing for the most discriminating clients.

With specialized equipment and skilled, highly trained personnel, we are able to offer the highest degree of purity and accuracy in particle –free welding. Orbital welding is performed in a class 10 ISO 4 environment.

Our orbital welding department can handle a variety of welding jobs from prototype to production in stainless, titanium, nickel and nickel alloys.
